I charge $1,500.00 dollars for DUI's, including your DMV hearing.

My flat rate to handle your DUI and DMV hearing is  $1,500.00 dollars.  The only reason the price would increase is IF we went to trial AND needed to hire experts.  In many cases experts are not needed.  However, if needed you would also be responsible for their fees.  The cost will depend on the number and type of expert(s) sought.  In all other cases, your attorney’s fee is $1,500.00 dollars, and I only require $400.00 dollars up front to start your case.

I charge $150.00 dollars for Traffic Tickets, Speeding Tickets, and $450.00 for Serious Moving Violations - Driving on a Suspended License, Reckless Driving, etc. 

The only reason the price would increase would be IF we went to trial AND needed experts.  The vast majority of these cases proceed to trial without experts.  However, if needed you would also be responsible for their fees.  The cost will depend on the number and type of expert(s) sought.  In all other cases, my attorney fee is ONLY $150.00 for Traffic Tickets and $450.00 for Serious Moving Violations.
