I am a  DUI defense and traffic ticket lawyer that provides aggressive representation at an affordable price for people in San Diego and North County.  During law school I worked for a City Attorney where I assisted with the resolution of hundreds of traffic ticket and DUI cases.  Following law school, I worked for a lawyer that specialized in civil litigation and assisted with many civil cases.  If you have been arrested for DUI, a serious moving violation or issued a traffic ticket,  I have the background and knowledge to successfully defend your case.

Unlike most lawyers, I don't believe legal fees have to be a mystery.

I believe consumers deserve to be fully informed regarding the price of anything they purchase, including legal services.  I don't ask my clients to take a financial leap of faith.  I don't tell clients a certain amount of money will, "get them started," simply offer a payment plan, or tell clients that each case is different and my total fee will need to be determined later.  I am up front and honest.  I tell my clients exactly what their out of pocket cost are going to be.  I believe it's the right thing to do.
